The framework does not collect your data.
Catalyst contains no analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or telemetry. Using the framework does not transmit your code, data, settings, or activity to Magister or to an analytics service.
Files and data that your application creates or processes are controlled by your application. How your application stores, uses, or shares that information is up to you.
Connections happen when you ask for them.
The framework does not use networking unless you explicitly use its networking components. If you make an HTTP request, open a WebSocket connection, connect to a remote database, or run a network operation, data is exchanged with the destinations your code or configuration specifies.
Those destinations may have their own privacy policies. Applications you build with Catalyst are responsible for their own data handling and privacy practices.
Your license is a record of purchase.
Catalyst does not require license registration, activation, or an online license check. The complete distribution is available for evaluation, and continued use beyond evaluation requires purchasing the appropriate license.
Your license key is supplied as a record of your purchase. You don’t need to enter it into the current release, and the framework does not transmit it or your purchase email.
We do not use your license to track you, your devices, or your activity. The framework does not contact a licensing server, perform network authentication, or run online or background license checks.
Contacting us and visiting this website.
This privacy policy distinguishes the framework from information you choose to provide through this website. If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, subject, and message so we can respond and provide support. Our email service processes those messages for delivery.
The Catalyst pages do not include advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and design assets are served from this website. The hosting server may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, requested page, and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
Your light or dark appearance preference is saved in your browser and is not sent to Magister.
During checkout, essential browser session storage retains an order reference and receipt access token so you can complete a purchase and return to its receipt. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Purchase information and payments.
When you buy a personal license, we process your name, email address, order and payment references, license key, and delivery status to complete the purchase, provide your receipt, and assist with purchase questions. Purchase records are retained as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
PayPal handles payment details. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information. PayPal’s checkout is loaded when you choose to continue to payment, and PayPal may use its own cookies and process information according to its Privacy Statement.
We do not sell the information you provide to us or use it for behavioral advertising.
